Okwu Nnabuike, the National President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council, has contended that his life is in peril over his congratulatory communication to chairman- elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Nnabuike had complimented Tinubu for winning the 2023 presidential election and stated that the former governor of Lagos State will be inaugurated come May 29.
still, in a statement on Sunday, Nnabuike bared that he has been entering death pitfalls against his life after felicitating Tinubu, adding that ministry has been in stir to bump off him.
According to him, those after his life have employed different means including using the Department of State Service( DSS) and other security agencies to make sure that he's silenced.
His words
“ Some persons who are irked that I complimented the President- elect have set ministry in stir to take me out of the way.
“ They're employing every means, including using the DSS and other security agencies to make sure that I'm blandished and silenced. What's wrong that I complimented the President- elect? Is Ohanaeze now a political party?
“ There are Igbo people in APC, PDP, and LP; and we're serving the interest of the entire Igbo anyhow of their political confederations. As I said before, Bola Tinubu is the President- elect and he'll be inaugurated on May 29. The displeased parties are in court and until the desires are decided, we all have to support Tinubu to move the country forward.
“ I'm putting the entire nation on notice that should anything be to me, the sources of the attacks are known. Security agencies shouldn't allow themselves to be dragged into this. ”
