Nollywood actress Ini Dima-Okojie has shared the joyful news of the birth of her son, revealing that she is celebrating her birthday this year as a first-time mother.
In a heartfelt post on her Instagram page, the actress reflected on how different this year's birthday feels, choosing to mark the occasion by sharing a photo taken on the day her son was born rather than her usual birthday photoshoot.
According to Ini, the arrival of her baby boy has transformed her life in ways she never imagined, making motherhood the most humbling and rewarding role she has ever undertaken.
“Every year, my birthday comes with a photoshoot, glam, and a carefully planned concept. This year, none of that felt quite right. Instead, I’m sharing a photo from the day my son was born — the day my life changed forever,” she wrote.
The actress described the journey into motherhood as both challenging and fulfilling, admitting that the newborn phase has been a mix of beautiful moments, exhaustion, overwhelming emotions, and immense joy.
“There is no role I have ever played that has humbled me, stretched me, challenged me, or filled my heart quite like this one. These past weeks have been some of the most beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and rewarding of my life,” she stated.
