A three-storey building has collapsed in the Alakija area of Lagos State, raising fears that several people may be trapped beneath the rubble.
Sanmi Blog gathered that the incident occurred at approximately 11:40 a.m. on Thursday. However, the exact number of individuals trapped in the debris could not be immediately confirmed.
As of the time of filing this report, emergency responders and rescue personnel had yet to arrive at the scene. Concerned residents and onlookers were seen gathered around the collapsed structure, anxiously awaiting rescue efforts.
